PeterNjigba’s in Paris
Peter ranks 2nd in roster value behind Ethan's bloated pile, but at least his 3-2 record proves a roster can occasionally be used for football.
Week 8
Peter bid $0 for Jaydon Blue, a 22-year-old running back FantasyCalc values at 279, and cut Dameon Pierce, a 26-year-old FantasyCalc values at 437, to make it happen. He downgraded 437 in value to zero dollars spent, which is a trade he made against himself and lost. Njigba's in Paris keeps setting its own furniture on fire and calling it roster management.

Peter started Cam Skattebo in Week 6 and got zero from his running back, a true quarter-of-the-pitch donation. |

Peter bid $28 for Roschon Johnson against a field of zero competing offers, a solo auction he still somehow found a way to overpay. |

Waivers, Nov 1 · Week 8
Peter bid $0 for Jaydon Blue, a 22-year-old running back FantasyCalc values at 279, and cut Dameon Pierce, a 26-year-old FantasyCalc values at 437, to make it happen. He downgraded 437 in value to zero dollars spent, which is a trade he made against himself and lost. Njigba's in Paris keeps setting its own furniture on fire and calling it roster management.
Trade, Oct 28 · Week 8
Devante sent a 29-year-old Tony Pollard away for a 2027 2nd and somehow still gave up a 2028 3rd on top of it, grading a D on a trade where he received nothing resembling a player. Peter walked off with Pollard and a future pick for a future pick, net positive 1037, which is less a trade than a mugging with a signature required. Devante has now fed Ethan's lunch and Peter's grocery bill in the same season.
Waivers, Oct 15 · Week 6
Carlos bid $0 on Corey Kiner and still beat Justin's $0, a pissing contest decided by whoever blinked last, and he had nothing invested either way.
Peter cut Tez Johnson, a 24-year-old FantasyCalc still values at 204, for CJ Daniels, a man FantasyCalc does not value at all, and paid nothing for the privilege of getting worse. Njigba's in Paris keeps burning its own furniture to stay warm, and Peter keeps lighting the match.
Waivers, Oct 11 · Week 5
Peter spent $28 of his budget on Roschon Johnson, a running back FantasyCalc values at 323, with nobody else bidding a dollar against him. He cut Zach Ertz to do it. Paying retail at an empty auction is its own kind of stupid, and Njigba's in Paris is now a graveyard for tight ends.
Waivers, Oct 10 · Week 5
Peter bid $0 on Dameon Pierce, a 26-year-old nobody was fighting him for, and paid for it by cutting Kaytron Allen, a 23-year-old FantasyCalc still values at 641. That is a free pickup that cost him the one asset on his roster worth anything. Njigba's in Paris, and apparently so is Peter's brain.
Waivers, Oct 8 · Week 5
Njigba’s in Paris (Peter) added Darius Cooper for $0, dropped DJ Herman.
Waivers, Oct 4 · Week 4
Njigba’s in Paris (Peter) added DJ Herman for $0, dropped Joshua Palmer.
Trade, Oct 2 · Week 4
Peter gets 1,559 in FantasyCalc value and gives 1,706 (B-); Justin gets 1,706 in FantasyCalc value and gives 1,559 (B+). Justin wins it by 147.
| TETrey McBrideARI |
| 7,166 |
Peter hit Trey McBride at 2.04 exactly on the number, the most boring correct act ever committed with a pick, and he will brag about it until January. |
| 3.04 | RBKenneth Walker IIIKC | 6,803 |
|---|
Fifth running back in a row off the board was Kenneth Walker to Peter at 3.04, while Jaxson Dart waited around for Alex to take him at 3.08. |
| 4.07 | QBBrock PurdySF | 5,909 |
|---|
Brock Purdy at 4.07, exactly where FantasyCalc ranks him 37th, with Patrick Mahomes sitting there at 29th: Peter ordered what the menu told him and called it conviction. |
| 5.04 | WRZay FlowersBAL | 5,084 |
|---|
Peter sat at 5.04 and let Zay Flowers fall 5 spots into his lap, his second receiver, the only man at this table who profited from doing nothing. |
| 6.07 | RBCam SkatteboNYG | 2,438 |
|---|
Peter took Cam Skattebo at 6.07, the fourth running back in a row off the board, which means he did not pick a player so much as follow a stampede. |
| 7.04 | WRJaylen WaddleDEN | 2,025 |
|---|
Peter took Jaylen Waddle 11 spots early at 7.04, his third receiver, while Kyren Williams sat on the board at 53rd like a man stood up at dinner. |
| 8.07 | QBJared GoffDET | 4,058 |
|---|
Peter waited until 8.07 for Jared Goff, a 31-year-old quarterback who fell 13 spots past his rank, which is less a steal than a man taking home whatever was left at closing time. |
| 9.04 | TEIsaiah LikelyNYG | 3,006 |
|---|
Peter watched Brandon take a tight end at 9.03 and immediately grabbed Isaiah Likely at 9.04, his second tight end, because originality dies where Peter drafts. |
| 10.07 | WRJalen CokerCAR | 2,443 |
|---|
Peter took Jalen Coker at 10.07, a fair price for his fourth receiver, and passed on Daniel Jones, the only correct decision Peter has ever made by accident. |
| 11.04 | RBChuba HubbardCAR | 2,878 |
|---|
Peter took Chuba Hubbard at 11.04 exactly where the board said, a 27-year-old running back, the most obedient pick in the round and the least alive. |
| 12.07 | RBJonah ColemanDEN | 2,342 |
|---|
Peter took his fourth running back at 12.07 with Josh Jacobs and DK Metcalf sitting there, which is less a draft strategy than a compulsion he should discuss with someone. |
| 13.04 | RBKaelon BlackSF | 1,576 |
|---|
Peter capped a three-deep run on running backs with Kaelon Black 10 spots early, his fifth, while DK Metcalf sat unwanted at 100th on the board. |
| 14.07 | QBCarson BeckARI | Reach, taken 66 spots ahead of FantasyCalc | 1,203 |
|---|
Peter reached 66 spots for Carson Beck at 14.07, the 203rd man on the board, a hole dug so deep the Danes gave up looking for bottom. |
| 15.04 | TEJuwan JohnsonNO | 1,167 |
|---|
Peter used 15.04 on Juwan Johnson, age 30, his third tight end, and then named the team Njigba's in Paris to distract from the retirement home he is running. |
| 16.07 | WRDevaughn VeleNO | Reach, taken 33 spots ahead of FantasyCalc | 1,237 |
|---|
Devaughn Vele, a 28-year-old FantasyCalc ranks 190th, cost Peter 16.07, 33 spots early, with Zach Charbonnet sitting right there, and Vele is Peter's fifth receiver. |
| 17.04 | RBZach CharbonnetSEA | Steal, taken 36 spots after FantasyCalc | 1,917 |
|---|
Zach Charbonnet fell into Peter's lap at 17.04, a steal of 36 and his sixth running back, and Peter will tell everyone he saw it coming. |
| 18.07 | TEEli RaridonNE | 1,443 |
|---|
Peter's fourth tight end, Eli Raridon, actually fell to him at 18.07, a rare moment of value in a draft otherwise spent on Drew Allar. |
| 19.04 | QBDrew AllarPIT | 926 |
|---|
Peter's fourth quarterback is Drew Allar at pick 184, FantasyCalc's 212th-ranked player, a reach that only looks fair next to the three he already wasted. |
| 20.07 | QBDrew LockSEA | 192 |
|---|
Peter's fifth quarterback, Drew Lock at 20.07, landed exactly where projected, which is the most boring thing anyone did all draft. |
| 21.04 | QBMac JonesSF | 906 |
|---|
Peter spent 21.04 on Mac Jones, 19 spots early, his sixth quarterback, drafting backups to his backups like he expects a war. |
| 22.07 | WRSkyler BellBUF | 480 |
|---|
Peter reached 16 spots for Skyler Bell at 22.07, a forgettable receiver taken by a man who clearly ran out of ideas. |
| 23.04 | WRRashod BatemanBAL | 600 |
|---|
Peter stole Rashod Bateman 8 spots late at 23.04, a quiet decent pick drowned out by everyone around him reaching for corpses. |
| 24.07 | RBSeth McGowanIND | 1,337 |
|---|
Peter took Seth McGowan at 24.07, his 7th running back, depth that will rot on his bench alongside the rest. |
| 25.04 | QBWill HowardPIT | Reach, taken 75 spots ahead of FantasyCalc | 165 |
|---|
Peter reached 75 spots for Will Howard at 25.04, his 7th quarterback this draft, a reach so deep it needed a permit. |
| 26.07 | WRBryce LanceNO | 325 |
|---|
Peter used 26.07 on Bryce Lance, his 8th wideout, drafting depth nobody asked for at a position he already drowns in. |
| 27.04 | RBRay DavisBUF | 227 |
|---|
Peter burned pick 264 on his eighth running back, Ray Davis, proving he'd rather hoard corpses than start a lineup. |
| 28.07 | TEDavid NjokuLAC | 135 |
|---|
Peter stole David Njoku 48 spots late at 28.07, which he'll forget the next time he reaches for a punter in a QB's body. |
| 29.04 | WRTez JohnsonTB | 327 |
|---|
Peter's 29.04 flyer on Tez Johnson is fair value, which only makes it the most boring crime of the round. |
| 30.07 | TELuke FarrellSF | -- |
|---|
Peter closed with Luke Farrell, a tight end FantasyCalc won't dignify with a rank, his sixth at the position. |
| 31.04 | TEMatt HibnerBAL | 350 |

Peter found Matt Hibner 18 spots below rank, a rare sane pick buried in his seven tight ends. |
| 32.07 | TEJake TongesSF | 97 |

Peter reached negatively on Jake Tonges at pick 317, his eighth tight end try, still hunting for the one that plays. |
| 33.04 | WRKendrick BourneARI | 689 |

Peter reached negatively on Kendrick Bourne at pick 324, his tenth wideout in a run of 2, filling a roster that needed none of it. |
| 34.07 | QBHaynes KingCAR | -- |
|---|
Peter's 332nd ranked Haynes King at pick 337 is his eighth quarterback this draft, a hoarder mistaking volume for a plan. |
